I can't believe it is December. Halloween and Thanksgiving have both come and gone. The weather dropped to 24 degrees today and I'm just counting the minutes until the feathery white powder starts falling from the clouds!

Baby preparations took over last month. We managed to paint the baby's room and I am almost finished with the curtain. Furniture is suppose to arrive next week (the most exciting Christmas present besides new dining room chairs!) and then it is full speed ahead. Bedskirt, bumpers, quilt, wall art...I get excited just thinking about it.

Jeff and I also decided to get away for a little while. A fantastic 'babymoon' of sorts celebrating both our birthdays, our anniversary and Christmas.

We decided on Mexico and had such a wonderful time! Chichen-Itza, long days at the beach relaxing and reading.

And dinner with Captain Jack Sparrow!
